Refund Policy

  • Goods correctly delivered and in good condition cannot be returned.
  • Every parcel must be opened and inspected at the point of delivery. Faulty parcels must be rejected if it is not in a good condition. We will not be liable for any parcel that was received and not rejected.
  • For complaints on orders involving return and exchange, please send a message attached with clear pictures of the order. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the order. Complaints received after the stipulated time frame will not be acknowledged.
  • In the event that your orders are not complete or mixed up, the company will take full responsibility as long as the fault is from the company.


  • You are legible for refunds only if payment has already been made for an item that is not available or out of stock.
  • You are not eligible for a refund after paying for a product. You can only do an exchange if the product has not been dispatched.
  • Refunds are done within 72 working hours (i.e 3 working days). The sum of  N150 will be deducted from every refund for stamp duty, bank charges, and refund charges.
  • Out of stock items that have been paid for will be fully refunded.
  • Products already dispatched cannot be refunded. We engage the services of an external logistics company. Hence, we cannot control their activities.
